The 2012 Cookie Sale
The tradition of Girl Scouts selling cookies began in 1917. Many things have changed since then. For instance, customers are now offered 8 varieties instead of just one. But one thing hasn't changed... the Girl Scout Cookie Sale Program is sitll the premier entrepreneurial program for girls.
Through the Cookie Sale Program, girls develop five basic skills that will help them, not only now, but for the rest of their lives. By participating in the Cookie Sale Program, you will help girls learn:
- goal setting
- decision making
- money management
- people skills
- business ethics

Girl Scout Cookie Varieties
There are eight varieties to choose from.
We're also excited to announce a NEW cookie! Sure to be a classic, the brand new "Shout Outs" are little cookies with a big voice. Light and crisp, these Belgian-style caramelized cookies are a wonderful addition to the Girl Scout Cookie family!
