Programs on Demand

GSDSW offers programming for troops and service units when and where you want it! Simply choose from any of the programs offered below to begin the On Demand reservation process .These programs are fully developed down to the shopping list and timing for each activity.

Who can run the program?
Program Specialists, Service Unit Event Coordinator or Troop Leaders can run these programs. These programs are the perfect addition to any Service Unit campout or special event!

Do you have a great idea for an on-demand program? Send it to cpatton@gsdsw.org!

Submit your program request at least six (6) weeks prior to desired date. GSDSW will provide the program packet and will help you develop the flyer and budget. You will be responsible for who will run it, finding an appropriate space to host the program and ensuring the proper ratio of adults for your group of girls. Adults should be willing and able to jump in and join the fun!

Once the date, time and location have been secured with GSDSW staff, you will receive details on how to submit your completed even registration forms, and payment for all participants. Full payment should be received by 12:00 PM (Noon) the day of event registration deadline, or the reservation will be cancelled. All programs require a 30 girl minimum (you can invite girls from other SU, troops or schools to meet minimum requirement).

All programs ran by a Program Specialist must be open to the public and allow new girls to attend. Additionally, if the program is requested to be run by a Program Specialist, you must provide three (3) available dates for your program.
We understand that change is inevitable.

If you need to make a change, please give us at least two weeks’ notice.  Cancelations made less than two weeks before the program will not be refunded.
