PEARLS is our Path to Empower Adults Reach Leader Success.
   
   Troop Leaders and Volunteers, get ready for a Girl Scout summer! Don't miss El Paso's biggest in-person, learning and networking opportunity designed exclusively for volunteers like you in mind. Keeping your troop engaged over the summer is part of a succesful troop. Luckily, there is so much to do as at troop over the summer.
   
   If any of the below describe you, this event is for you.
   
   - I am a new leader
   
   - I could use some Girl Scout refreshers
   
   - I really miss seeing my fellow volunteers in person
   
   - I am looking to learn new things and hear new ideas

Troop Trips & Travel
   Be ready for summer troop trips and travel. Learn the difference between basic and extended troop trips. We'll review national Girl Scout rules as well as council guildelines surrounding troop trip safety and forms. Hear from other troops for ideas on trips you can take together.
   
Upcycle Crafting
   Upcycle Art or sometimes known as Recycled Art is the transformation of waste or used materials and objects into art pieces. Make some crafts that you can do with your own troop this summer.
   

Free Summer Troop Activities
   Believe it or not there are many freebies for Girl Scouts! Join this session to learn about free national and local activities, programs, and resources your troop can try this summer.
   

Flag Ceremonies
   A flag ceremony honors the American flag as the symbol of our country and a great way to gain visibility in the community. A long-time Girl Scout tradition, come learn the basics of flag ceremonies you can teach your troop.
   
Take Action vs. Community Service
   Community service projects make the world a better place right now. Take Action projects-also called service learning-take community service above and beyond. Come learn the difference and ways your troop can take their community service projects to the next level.

   Do you have older Girl Scouts? Looking for ways to keep them engaged in Girl Scouting? Come learn what makes these Girl Scout levels different and how you can provide them the best program.
