Join us for a fun and interactive Girl Scout adventure where Daisies will learn what it means to be a good neighbor and a good citizen! During this event, girls will work toward earning their Good Neighbor badge through activities that encourage community awareness, kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and making a positive difference in the places where they live, learn, and play. Girls will explore their own neighborhoods, practice being good citizens through role-play, and work together to imagine and create "Our Town"-a community that reflects the qualities they believe make a neighborhood a great place to live.
- Welcome: Color your house and place it on our Neighborhood Wall.
- Bluey Neighbors: Watch Bluey - "Neighbors." Talk about what made a good neighbor and what didn't.
- Good Citizen Role-Play: Act out different situations that show what being a good citizen looks like and how you can be a good neighbor at school.
- Make Our Town: Create different parts of our town and add them to the Neighborhood Wall.
- Neighbor Says: Play a fun game of "Neighbor Says" and practice following directions while being a helpful neighbor!
