Join Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest as we venture into the heart of nature for a guided hike that sparks curiosity, adventure, and a deeper connection to the world around us! All levels of Girl Scouts and their families will explore Dripping Springs Natural Area alongside a knowledgeable park ranger, discovering native desert plants, fascinating wildlife, and the rich history woven into the Organ Mountains.
What you will do:
- Guided Nature Hike - Ranger-led walk highlighting desert plants and wildlife
- Wildlife & Plant Discovery - Learn to spot and identify local species
- Trail Observation Challenge - Use your senses to find tracks and natural features
- Outdoor Reflection Activity - Quick journal or sketching moment to share your favorite part of the hike
